Refund Eligibility
Scalepine offers refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Web Development Projects
Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund available if work has not started.
After work begins: Partial refund possible based on percentage of work completed.
After delivery: No refunds on completed and delivered projects. Issues are addressed through revision rounds included in your package.
2. SEO Services (Monthly)
Monthly SEO services are non-refundable once the month begins, as work and resources are allocated immediately. You may cancel future months with 7 days notice before renewal.
3. Backlinks & Guest Posts
Backlink and guest post services are non-refundable once outreach has begun, as we commit resources and pay third-party publishers in advance.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@scalepine.com with your order details and reason for the request. We respond within 48 hours.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse or fraud. Customer satisfaction is our priority — we encourage open communication to resolve any issues.
