1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Scalepine.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Scalepine provides web development, SEO, backlink building, and guest posting services. All services are delivered according to the package selected and agreed-upon scope.

3. Payment Terms

Web development projects require 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Monthly SEO services are billed in advance on the first of each month. All payments are processed securely.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by client (late content, feedback delays) may extend delivery.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed separately at $50/revision.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered website transfer to the client. Scalepine retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

7. SEO Disclaimer

While we use proven SEO strategies, search rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic numbers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Completed work and paid amounts are non-refundable.

9. Liability

Scalepine is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
